Big project — full villa, ground and first floor. I was expecting the usual problems: delays, cost going up, workers who don't show up. None of that happened. Creative Avenue assigned a project manager who was on site regularly and I could always reach him directly. They handled everything — flooring, ceilings, all the furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, everything. The finish is excellent and the villa looks like it belongs in a design magazine.
